Supply Chain Reporting Suite
Designed and developed a standardised suite of Power BI reports across the Supply Chain function, bringing consistent functionality and reporting standards into a simple, user-friendly experience. Focused on effective data storytelling to turn complex operational data into clear and actionable insights.
Logistics Network Optimisation Modelling
Designed and developed a model whereby business forecasts could be scenario modelled in order to output estimated volume and financial outcomes. This enabled the business to test different scenarios and understand the potential outcomes before committing to strategic decisions.
Data Warehouse Migration
Supported the migration of the regional data warehouse from Azure Synapse to the Databricks Enterprise Data Platform (EDP). Worked across data sources, transformations and reporting dependencies to help transition existing data and analytics solutions to the new platform.
Dashboards
Inventory Dashboard
Built an interactive inventory dashboard providing a clear view of current stock levels alongside historical snapshots, enabling analysis of inventory trends over time. The dashboard provides detailed analysis of stock age, inventory health, stock type and value, helping stakeholders identify ageing and excess inventory and make more informed inventory management decisions.
Production Planning Report
Built a Power BI production planning report providing visibility of tactical and strategic production plans, including planned volumes, value, plan vs actuals and comparisons between different planning cycles.
Demand Planning Report
Built a Power BI demand planning report providing visibility of sales forecasts across customers, shipment locations and products, enabling detailed analysis of forecast volumes and value.
Master Data Hub
Built a 'master data hub'; a collation of master data ranging from product, to warehouse, to BOM data, acting as a single source of truth for users when requiring specific information.
Service Level Report
Built a report providing visibility of service level performance across customers, shipment locations and products, enabling detailed analysis of service level performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
